MINOTAURA is a heavy metal band with stoner roots from Buenos Aires, going strong since 2014. Their sound crosses instrumental post rock, frantic stoner and rock songs — heavy riffs with a songwriter's mind.

Born as a trio founded by Poly Mattiello, the band debuted with «Teseo Ha Muerto» (LP, 2017). Today it is a four-piece: Dario Iacomino (vocals), Christian «Pelu» Grunblatt (guitar and programming), Poly (bass and synthesizers) and Facundo «Kundo» De Benedettis (drums).

They record at their own studio — Nano Record's: that's where «Avatares» (LP, 2022) came from, recorded by Sebastián Nirich with Daniel Donamaria as a guest on piano, along with the live singles «Hoy No» (2022) and «Teoría del Caos».

The latest is «Los Eternos» (2026), mastered by Andrés Mayo — and the celebration of 12 years on stage has a date: September 11 at Casa Colombo, CABA.

Twelve years on the stages of the Buenos Aires underground, with a YouTube channel that documents the journey: official videos, full live sessions and a record of every era of the band.
